April – That Was A Good Month Of Training

Not to mention some great milestones along the way. Like that lap around the Sun.

Despite the weather and business travel I was still able to achieve excellent mileage, a PR month at least in the last five or so years.

However: I need to be ready to do 3.5 X more when I do the RAAM2CC next year.

At least when it comes to climbing I am doing a bit better. Rather hilly where I ride so I am not far off climbing form.

Let’s see how May stacks up. I hope to push past 700 miles for the month and >25,000 feet of climbing.
