This morning I am doing some 5 x 5-minute power intervals trying to hold 200 – 225 watts for the 5 then cruise / recover for 5 at zone 2 heart rate. Well the outbound leg went great.
Reached my Starbucks refueling spot in record time. Saw I burned 640 calories in 1:10New PR of 548 calories an hour.
Will adjust my RAAM2CC calculations accordingly to ensure I pack enough food along each day.

Total calorie burn for the ride came in at 575. Wow I do need to make some more adjustments to my plan.
