Hey I’m delighted you found the time to check in on my posts today. Greatly appreciated!

Not much to say as I am at a NICA (National Interscholastic Cycling Association) coaches clinic. 

Extremely well done and very motivating. I am looking forward to helping to build a team and cycling friendly community in South Orange County. Yes, racing for those who want but the real value to me comes from seeing kids having fun on bikes, building self confidence, and developing a passion to cycle for life. 

I know that cycling has been a big part of my life. One of the many secrets to my health, fitness, and emotional wellbeing. Of course none of that would be possible or be meaningful without my wonderful wife, children, grandchildren, and great friends.
